Using the software
Lee Intelligence grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Focus Island on your own devices. Please do not redistribute the software, sell it, or remove its notices. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
No warranty
The information and software on this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work to fix bugs quickly but cannot promise the software is error-free or always available.
Not medical advice
Focus Island is a productivity tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including ADHD. If you need medical advice, please consult a qualified professional.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lee Intelligence is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from the use of the software or this website. Because the app stores data only on your device, we recommend keeping your own backups.
